Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 24 hours.

Monthly Subscriptions

• Refunds allowed only within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
• Cancelled subscriptions retain access until the end of the billing period.

Requesting a Refund

Contact admin@egirls.us with order details and reason. Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Lifetime memberships after 24 hours.
• Monthly subscriptions after 24 hours.
• Accounts showing abuse or misuse.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may lead to account suspension. Contact support first.

Account Termination

Refunds result in immediate account termination and loss of server access.
